We are specialized in forge forging, where metal is molded manually.

Forging and hammering in an artisan way, it gives the iron more resistance and aesthetics. Its solidity provides a guarantee of durability, and makes it the ideal material to produce pergolas and gazebos, railings, lattices, doors and windows, among others.

The Riveted Forge

The process consists of heating the iron in the forge until it reaches a temperature of approximately 700 degrees, then it begins to acquire a blood red color and that is when the iron can begin to be hammered into the anvil.

The objective of being carried out in this interval and by means of manual hammering, is to obtain a structure in bands and fibred, thick and visible, with excellent characteristics of resistance to wear, and great aesthetics.

A process of tempering, finishing and sharpening, give the final shape to the forged pieces.

A craft forging different from other iron work in which it is removed removes some of the material using drills, milling machines, lathe and other processes by which molten metal is shaped by pouring it into a mold.
We maintain the work of an artisanal forge without welding applied to frames and lattices thanks to the use of perforation rivets in the crosses.

In designs made by welding, such as headboards, railings, mirrors, and other items, the joints after welding can be hidden under staples, resembling traditional forging adding a decorative touch.
