Wrought iron furniture

All our designs in forged steel Iron are a result of exclusive and unique work where our blacksmiths shape iron with fire and anvil. Following the crafts tradition, the process consists in heating up the iron until reaching a temperature of approximately 700 degrees and a reddish colour. Then, using a hammer and an anvil, the iron is moulded and the structure is improved, obtaining excellent resistance to wear and great superficial aesthetics. A process of tempera, finish and sharpening provides the forged pieces the last finishing texture. 

Handmade wrought iron, it’s different from other iron works in which part of the material is eliminated by drills, milling machines, lathes, laser, etc. and of other processes that shape the metal by melting it and pouring it in a mould, which comes up to be very fragile since it contains a big amount of carbon.
